25+ Years Experience
I have dedicated more than twenty-five years to supporting individuals and families through trauma-informed, compassionate mental health care. My work is shaped not only by my clinical training and teaching experience, but also by the joy and grounding I find in my personal life as a grandmother, mother, and wife. These relationships inspire the heart of my practice and the way I show up for the people I serve.
