About Me
I am a U.S. Army veteran and an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) supervised by Michelle Walker, LCSW. My time in service, my own healing journey, and my deep respect for recovery shape the way I show up: grounded, compassionate, and without judgment.
I understand the weight of holding everything together, the ache of loving someone through addiction, and longing for hope when life feels heavy. I believe healing is possible – emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. You do not have to walk through that alone.

I support clients across:
- Los Alamitos

Offering both telehealth and in-office sessions depending on your needs.
